Certain types of claims made against them by third parties under civil law. It provides financial coverage to meet the costs of defending legal actions and payable damages.

This is a specially designed solution which addresses the liability of companies arising from data protection laws, the management of personal data, and the consequence of losing corporate information.

Addresses the Insured’s legal liability that may arise as a result of bodily injury and/or property damage to third parties due to a defect in the products manufactured, distributed, or sold by the Insured after such product has ceased to be in the Insured’s control.

Pays on behalf of the Insured, all sums which the Insured shall become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury caused by an accident or disease, including death of the Insured’s employee arising out of and in the course of employment.

Clients in various industries are subject to environmental risk and liability, creating a need for comprehensive coverage that addresses their exposures. AIG offers two products under Environmental Impairment Liability that are developed in response to the environmental exposures faced by businesses today.

This policy provides a flexible and comprehensive cover for third party bodily injury, third party property damage, defense costs and clean up costs arising from environmental exposures on or under a scheduled location (On-site), or those migrating from a scheduled location (Off-site). There is also an optional pollution cover for transportation and first party business interruption

This policy provides cover for contractors for third party bodily injury, third party property damage, defense costs and clean up costs arising from pollution conditions resulting from covered operations or specific works. It can be an annual cover, or a project-specific policy which can be a multi-year coverage concurrent with the project duration (subject to a maximum of 5 years).
